We filmed one of their existing client’s Sophie, who had recently had her Burlanes Kitchen created and installed. We chose to film her at her property to give context to the video, as well as to give prospective customers a look at one of their completed kitchens. As Sophie gives her testimonial about her experience with the company, we cut to shots of her walking into the kitchen with two members of the Burlanes team, showing that Burlanes hold their client relations very highly, whilst demonstrating some excellent features of the bespoke kitchen.
The testimonial allows Sophie to give a genuine account of how she found the whole process, she also gives specific names from the team, emphasising how personal the whole experience was, which reinforces credibility and trust. Video testimonials provide a better emotional connection as it captures all authenticity from the client which draws interest in a video.
